Truth is many things to many people. Some of it,
is the lies we tell ourselves and convince ourselves to believe
about us and that now becomes our truth. Not that it’s true! 
The actual truth is hidden beneath what we see as our nature.

What is your truth?
Do you believe that you are smart, brave, beautiful, ambitious, attractive?
Do you believe that you were made for a purpose?
Do you believe that you are the center of someone’s existance?
Do you believe that your contributions to this life is valued?
Do you believe that you can face hard times and come up stronger?
Do you believe that you are loved unconditionally before you were born?
Do you believe that your advise and or opinion matters?
Do you believe that the colour of your skin doesn’t matter?
Do you believe and accept that your gifts and talents are different and just as good as others?
Do you believe that you are never alone?
Do you believe your job or title is just as important as the CEO’s or Owner of a company?
Do you believe the size of your figure doesn’t influence people’s perception of you?
Do you believe any actual truth about you at all?

We are govend by what others think, say and judge us on.
We don’t believe the truth about us. That we are loved
unconditionally by our creator before our parents,
siblings, kids, friends, partners.
We brush off the fact that we are all uniquely shaped and gifted.
We drive compliments into an insult because we don’t believe that we beautiful and attractive all of the time.
We shouldn’t wait for someone to tell us, this is our born truth.
We talk down at ourselves for not being smart enough!
We dispise ourselves because we’re not as competitive!
We look at ourselves with digust because we’re not built as well
as the next lady, who has heads turning when she walks by.
We shy away when we don’t have fancy titles to our positions in the workplace!
We feel so alone when we’re surrounded by couples who seem so inlove
and we feel like the last cupcake in the plate that nobody wants to eat!
We feel ugly, stupid, never chosen, unloved, useless!

What lies we promote and believe!
People can tell you what a great leader, parent, accomplised,
intelligent, funny, valued, beautiful human being you are but
you will never believe it, because of the lies we have made up
and moulded into our truths.
It’s a dark place to be in but never judge until you’ve walked down
the aisle of I’m not…
Stop believing the lies about you! Start believing your truth and
don’t say you don’t know what it is, because if you close your eyes
and take a deep breath, let go and let God take over and feel the
comfort and calmness of his truth over your heart, spread like butter
